Food & water
Their regular food, usual portions, feeding times, water preferences, prescription diets, and sensitivities.
Long-distance ground transport for cats
Specialized transport centered around your cat's routine, comfort, and connection with you—from the first conversation to the moment you're together again.
Serving the lower 48 states, Alaska, and Canada

A genuinely feline approach
Cats experience travel through familiarity: known food, predictable handling, familiar scents, and a routine they can recognize. We begin by learning what “normal” looks like for your cat. Source: FelineVMA transport guidance.
That understanding becomes a personalized journey plan—one that gives the driver clear guidance and gives you confidence that your cat is being cared for as an individual.
Care that follows their routine
Before departure, we write down the details that help your cat feel secure and keep their care consistent throughout the journey.
Their regular food, usual portions, feeding times, water preferences, prescription diets, and sensitivities.
Familiar bedding, comfort items, handling preferences, stress signals, and the ways your cat prefers to be reassured.
Litter preferences and important things to watch for about appetite, water intake, behavior, and litter-box use.

Medication & diabetic-cat care
Cats with ongoing medical needs deserve the same dependable care on the road that they receive at home.
Our drivers can administer prescribed oral and topical medications, as well as insulin injections, according to the written care instructions supplied for your cat.
Feeding, medication, storage requirements, and relevant observations are recorded throughout the journey.
Diabetic cats are considered individually so their usual feeding, insulin, monitoring, and emergency plan can be followed safely. Source: AAHA 2026 feline diabetes guidelines.
Medication is administered only as prescribed. Drivers do not independently change dosages or treatment schedules.
A thoughtful process
We learn their personality, daily routine, health needs, and the details of the move.
Feeding, medication, comfort, supplies, and update preferences are written down before departure.
Your cat receives attentive, personal care from pickup through a personal handoff at their destination.
Because Cat Valet is new, we will not borrow old reviews or stage driver photos. The proof we can offer now is a clear, documented process you can review before pickup.
We document feeding, litter, medication, comfort items, contacts, and the signs that matter for your cat.
The driver follows the agreed care and update schedule, including prescribed medication and insulin instructions.
Current owner, delivery, emergency, and veterinary contacts are kept with the journey plan so the right person can be reached.
